Hi, I'm May Lynn the owner of Sew Brave. I am a self-taught sewist. After a very difficult time in my life, I decided to go headfirst into sewing. It took a lot of trial and error, but it paid off, because practice makes progress. I started with making pillows, then started selling baby moccasins on Etsy and then handbags. I now enjoy mak
Hi, I'm May Lynn the owner of Sew Brave. I am a self-taught sewist. After a very difficult time in my life, I decided to go headfirst into sewing. It took a lot of trial and error, but it paid off, because practice makes progress. I started with making pillows, then started selling baby moccasins on Etsy and then handbags. I now enjoy making clothes and bags, so I'm always learning. I created Sew Brave so that you don't have to struggle like me if you work better hands on. This is meant to be a safe and inspiring space to express and grow your creativity. I hope you leave with something self-made that you are very proud of. If you join me we will be sewing out of my shed sewing studio that is technically a building structure. I have sewing machines to teach on or you can use your own.

I am more than happy to reschedule a class one time, but all sales are final. If after the first reschedule you cannot make it you will need to rebook again.
